problem is, Filament, that if you've created two overlapping, consecutive notes, say G# A and G# B, the order of your MIDI out data is; (1) G# A "note ON", (2)G# B "note ON", (3) G# A "note OFF"...etc. So, depending on how close (3) follows (2), you will probably not hear the second G#, as the first one has cut it off. And of course, if you manually shorten the notes so that they do not overlap, you'll get this sequence; (1) G# A "note ON", (2)G# A "note OFF", (3) G# B "note ON"...etc. And you would hear both. So it's really not a DP thing, just MIDI doing what it's supposed to. If you *want* to hear successive notes overlapping, use your sus pedal (Ctr. 64), but don't have the notes overlap
